Below is a description of my real estate sales speech, Getting Blood from a Stone, some unsolicited testimonials about the presentation, and my bio. I make four promises:One: Your agents will get great information and some ideas they've never heard before, no matter how long they've been in sales or real estate (ie: why you only look in a person's left eye, how to determine immediately if people are lying to you, how to connect with 3% of the population that totally does not trust you right now), two: They will absolutely be motivated and I will positively impact their bottom line, three: More than one person say I'm the best speaker they've ever heard speak, and four: No big sales pitch; I will spend less than 1 minute on my book and CDs at the end. You just never know what someone will say, when they will say it and how they will say it…but when your mind and soul are ready to embrace it…it is at that point the light bulb illuminates and nothing will extinguish it. Lynn, thank you for inviting John to the Forum to speak today…life changing words in so many ways….often times when the audience isn’t as large as it could be I think to myself, so many missed out…and you know what they did…but today I am grateful that I didn’t miss out… I had other things on my plate today that needed to get addressed…but the pull to be there today was too string to ignore…the Holy Spirit was indeed working on me.
